1. Please contact me via email or phone with your order inquiry. A price quote for the desired models will be given to you promptly. If you receive a lower quote from a competitor, please submit it to us and we will beat it by 5%. Contact us for details on our price matching policy.

2. Once a design and price have been agreed upon, work will be started on your order.

3.Payment terms are net 30. Payment methods include Visa, Mastercard,or business check.

Turn around time for orders is usually around two to three weeks. Larger, or more complicated orders may take longer. International orders are always welcome!
